Fill
nasal wash cup with
alkalol or a mixture of
alkalol and warm
water or saline. Place thumb over vent. Gently insert nozzle into nostril and elevate cup. Remove thumb,allowing
alkalol to flow into nostril. Keep mouth open and avoid breathing through nose during use. If excess
fluid runs into
throat ,it will do no harm. Use as often as needed. Consult physician for further directions.
