Suggested Use:

Stovetop instructions. For a savory hot breakfast cereal ,stir 1 cup cereal into 2-1/2 cups boiling water . Reduce heat and cook for 10 to 15 minutes,depending on the consistency you prefer. Stir occasionally. Add salt to taste. Makes 2 cups,serve with honey and milk . Microwave instructions. In large bowl,combine 1/3 cup cereal and 2/3 cup water . Microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes stirring once during cooking. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving .
