Suggested Use:

Cooking instructions. For a really delicious breakfast cereal for two,bring 2 cups water and 0.25 tsp. Salt(optional)to a boil. Add 1 cup of rolled oats ,reduce heat and cook for 10 to 20 minutes(time depending on the consistency that you like your cereal )stirring occasionally. Cover,remove from heat and let stand a few minutes. Serve with honey and milk and a big smile!. Microwave instructions. In large bowl,combine 0.5 cup bob's red mill old fashioned oats and 1 cup water . Cover and microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving .
