Suggested Use:

Basic cooking instructions. Stir one part bob's red mill vegi soup mix into four parts water . Add salt and/or other seasonings to taste and simmer for approximately one hour or until ingredients are soft. Additional vegetables and meat may be added as desired.

Other Ingredients:

Green split peas,yellow split peas, barley ,lentils and vegetable pasta( containing whole wheat flour,dehydrated spinach, tomato, celery, onion, beets and garlic .
