Mix one rounded teaspoonful into a full 8 ounce glass of
water or
liquid and drink immediately. Or sprinkle one rounded teaspoonful onto
food and follow with a full 8 ounce glass of
liquid . Take 1 to 3 times daily. To avoid the
digestive discomfort that may occur when initially increasing
fiber intake,gradually increase the amount of hi•
fiber taken from 1 to 3 teaspoonfuls daily to allow the
body to adjust to a higher level of
fiber .
