Preheat oven to 350°f lightly oil or grease a 9 inch round cake pan or an 8x8 inch square pan. In a large bowl,beat butter(or margarine)until fluffy. Add mix ,eggs and beat. Add milk and stir to moisten. Spoon into pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes then remove from pan. You may substitute milk with either rice or soy milk ,or even water .
