Suggested Use:

For adults only. Place 1 tablespoon of mix in 4 to 8 ounces of cold water or fruit juice . Stir briskly and drink. Serve over ice for best flavor . Consume as desired,1 to 3 times per day. For best results drink immediately upon awakening,on an empty stomach ,or about 1 hour before a meal or usual snack time. Please read caution statement below.

Do not consume more than 2. 6 grams of supplemental phenylalanine per day.
