Preheat oven to 325°. Line 3 cookie sheets with silicone liners or lightly buttered aluminum foil(press out any wrinkles. Pour powdered
mix into
medium bowl,add 3/8 cup warm
water and 4 tbsp functional gourmet
mct oil (or high oleic
sunflower oil or other
oil .
Blend well for about 1 minute to aerate the batter. Spoon 1 tsp of batter per cookie onto cookie sheets,separating them by about 3(10 cookies per sheet. Any remainder will keep under refrigeration for at least a week. Using back of spoon,gently flatten cookies into 1 0.5 to 2 rounds.
