Suggested Use:

Blend ,shake,or briskly stir 2 level scoops(40 grams)of ultraclear macro into 8 to 12 ounces of chilled water or juice twice daily,or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For highly sensitive individuals,consider reducing consumption to 0.5 to 1 scoop with 4 to 5 ounces of chilled water or juice during the first 3 to 4 days before starting a full dose.

Rice protein concentrate, rice syrup solids, sesame seed flour( sesame ), rice bran, beet fiber, medium chain triglycerides, olive oil, natural flavors ,cellulose gum,and silica .
