Suggested Use:

Shake well. As a dietary supplement ,enjoy natural orange-vanilla osteo calm by mixing with an equal amount of water or simply add to your favorite juice or protein shake. Start with 1/3 of a capful(2 tsp)of osteo calm and add an equal amount of water . Gradually increase to 1/3 capful twice daily and work up to 0.5 a capful(3 tsp)twice daily. When bowels are comfortably loose,this is the optimal amount.
