Suggested Use:

Children over 12 and adults:one teaspoon daily. For best use,we recommended taking it emulsified (beaten up thoroughly)in 2 tablespoons of freshly-strained orange juice taken before retiring on an empty stomach . Also very effective when taken with #2 calphonite,since vitamin d is necessary for calcium utilization.
