Suggested Use:

4 capsules twice daily with meals. Take capsules with at least 8 ounces(one cup)of water or other liquid .

Other Ingredients:

Gelatin ( capsule ),stearic acid ,modified cellulose gum, microcrystalline cellulose ,colloidal silicon dioxide ,and magnesium stearate . Contains wheat/gluten and soy .
