Suggested Use:

To prepare one portion:(measuring spoon enclosed)add 4 level measuring spoons(1 oz)to approx. 4-5 oz(slightly more than 0.5 cup)of warm(not hot) water or milk . Mix ,shake or blend to dissolve well before drinking. Each measuring spoonful is approximately equivalent to one tablespoon. Recommendations. Can be taken any time of day,with or in-between meals . Adults:take above mixture 1-3 times daily as desired. Children:take 1/2-1 portion daily. Infants:take 1/2-1 measuring spoonful daily. If mixing into infant formula please check to see that bottle nipple does not clog.
