Suggested Use:

Take 2 capsules 3 times daily. For increased fiber levels use up to 24 capsules per day(6 capsules ,4 times daily. Do not exceed 24 capsules/day. Do not use for more than 2 weeks continuously. Take this product with at least 12 oz of water or other liquid . Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking(see warning. Children under the age of 12 consult a health care professional before using.

Vegetable cellulose capsule ,hydroxypropyl cellulose,stearic acid ,and silicon dioxide . Contains no sugar ,binders, artificial flavors, artificial color, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy ,dairy or starch.
